Back in January I shared the beginning of my process against the Battle of the Bulge! I am happy to report that 5 weeks later I ahead of schedule to lose 1.5 pounds per week.
I am not sharing this to brag, but rather to let everyone know that this process works and is really painless. It has created a whole new awareness of the foods I eat and the calories they contain as well as the necessary exercise that is required to take the weight off. I am looking forward to my continued progress with this program and hope to share one more of these 10 Pound Club badges before I reach my goal.

I have been enjoying visiting blogs and decided to start my own, even though I don't know what I am doing or if anyone will even be interested in reading what I have to say. I am a 50 year old management consultant who has been married to the the love of my life for 30 years and have two grown daughters and a son-in-law who we are very proud of. Congrats. As one who battles every day with the bulge, I am really excited for you. I was doing quite well until Jim went in the hospital and then all my good work went down the tubes. Back to square one.

I am amazed at how my metabolism has slowed down over the years. I certainly can't eat the way I used to and exercise has become a much bigger part of my daily routine. Tracy and I are enjoying our daily walk especially in this beautiful weather!
