I have been enjoying visiting blogs and decided to start my own, even though I don't know what I am doing or if anyone will even be interested in reading what I have to say. I am a 50 year old management consultant who has been married to the the love of my life for 30 years and have two grown daughters and a son-in-law who we are very proud of. We are blessed to live in Scottsdale Arizona and are enjoying getting out and experiencing it in our RV! We're Booked And Off To Camping World!

Well the day has finally arrived...I booked our first camping trip for the third weekend in October at McDowell Mountain Regional Park, one of our favorites.  Between now and then, we will be praying for cooler weather for sure.
Once the reservation was made, it was off to Camping World with a list of items to get ready for our first outing of the year.

The first purchase was a Perfect Harmony bed topper that was on sale that should soften the mattress a bit in our rig.
Ahh, a good nights sleep!
The next item was an Oxygenics Body Spa shower head replacement that I decided to purchase based on George of Our Awesome Travel's review several months ago.  The install was easy and it appears to be much better than the one that came with the rig.

Finally, the last purchase was three roof vent covers that I will install as soon as things cool down, but hopefully before our first outing.

    The mattress topper's are the greatest and when I get back to Tucson I will purchase one for my home bed. Love it.

      We are hoping that it makes a difference in my morning back pain. The one we have at home is okay, but hopefully this one will work even better.

    Sounds like your camping season is starting and ours is coming to an end. Hope you have fun and get those covers installed, last time I installed one it went on from inside the coach. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna..

    We always have fun at Camping World. Some say that they are expensive, but compared to prices here in Canada the are very reasonable. I am sure you will enjoy the shower head. Works great for us, more pressure, less water great for dry camping too.

    We call Camping World "church", because it seems that we tithe to them every month we are in the US. At least 10% goes there! Happy shopping and safe travels!
