I have been enjoying visiting blogs and decided to start my own, even though I don't know what I am doing or if anyone will even be interested in reading what I have to say. I am a 50 year old management consultant who has been married to the the love of my life for 30 years and have two grown daughters and a son-in-law who we are very proud of. We are blessed to live in Scottsdale Arizona and are enjoying getting out and experiencing it in our RV! Thanks for stopping by our blog and please consider joining us, who knows where we will go...Kevin & Tracy.

In The Carolina's

Well I returned early on Sunday after a great first RV outing to head out to both North and South Carolina on business.

The last night we were at the campground, Tracy said she thought that it was tarantula mating season and it was odd that we hadn't seen any in the last two days.

Our youngest daughter Sarah joined us for dinner and s'mores and as we were visiting, our little friend pictured below walked through our site for a little visit.

I am going to keep this post short as it is time to watch the third and final Presidential debate, so I will wish you a good evening, thanks for stopping by and make sure you vote!

  1. Ok, you have just put me off going to the Carolina's! I am really afraid of spiders (and rats). Do you get them in Phoenix as well?

    1. Actually our little friend came through our campsite in Arizona last weekend. He was more afraid of us than we were of him.

    2. Thankfully, this arachnophobe has NOT seen a tarantula yet!

    3. I will have to keep my eyes peeled if we get over to Arizona this winter. You would not think I grew up in Africa, if you could see how much of a scaredy cat I am!

  3. That's the second Tarantula I've seen on a blog this morning - that's close enough for me.

  5. Good catch on the Tarantula. They are good for keeping scorpios down its their favorite meal.
