A picture from Christmas - Stephanie on the left, Sarah on the right! |
We are planning on some hikes in the Superstition Mountains, visiting with family and of course Easter services at our church and a big Easter breakfast on Sunday.
Tracy and I were talking about Easter traditions that our family has always celebrated and they include dying eggs, ham, eggs, hash browns and hot crossed buns on Easter morning, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday services and of course an Easter egg hunt no mater how old our kids are. What are some of your Easter traditions?
We would like to welcome Cheap Chick as our latest follower, you can visit her blog at Living Rich On The Cheap and thanks for joining us.
Well I hope to have some adventures to share with you between now and the end of the week, hope your adventures are going well, thanks for the visit and stay safe out there!
Thanks for the shout out! I am not an RVer as would have trouble convincing hubby but love travelling and following along in your adventures. Have fun with your daughter!
ReplyDeleteNothing like having the kids come back home for the holidays..... And at some point it will be grandkids too......
ReplyDeleteOne of our traditions is the Easter Sunrise service followed by breakfast at a nice restaurant before heading for Sunday School and Church. We live in Milwaukie, Oregon. Have a nice Week with your daughter. Looking forward to pictures of fun times with her in Scottsdale and surrounding areas.
ReplyDeleteTerrific that Stephanie will be home for Easter !!
ReplyDeleteWe love Easter as well. After Church, we get together for a big meal.
Now with Grandkids, we can look forward to the excitement of hiding Easter eggs, coloring them, etc !!
Take care ... TnT
So nice to have some family home for Easter, enjoy the time.
ReplyDeleteNothing like having one of the girls come home for a traditional family holiday. Should be a great Easter weekend.
