While enjoying the clear night and the bright stars, I noticed that something was keeping an eye on me from a tree branch above. Not sure who placed this red bear in the tree branch, but he was a welcomed visitor into my campsite.
After a restful night, I got up the energy this morning to wax the motorhome and clean up the oxidation. I used the 3M product that Rick recommended and it worked great on everything but the decals. I will have to figure out what to do with the decals, but I am very happy overall with the 3M Marine Restorer and Wax and would highly recommend it, especially on newer rigs.
The wind is blowing like crazy now, so I am laying low and recovering from my waxing workout. I am sure enjoying the cooler weather, even if the wind is blowing everything around, even the small animals. I hope you all are having a safe and enjoyable day and thanks for the visit!
He really is cute. Ginny and Mickey are at K-Bar RV park site #53. She said you come out of Fool Hollow and turn left onto Old Lyndon Road. Take the first right that has a right hand turn lane onto 16th Avenue. You'll see the sign for the park and bear right after entering the park. Look for their motorcycle covered up and their blue Chevy pickup. They would love to see you.
ReplyDeleteThanks Sandie, I will look them up!
DeleteNice to get your rig all polished up.
ReplyDeleteNot much you can do with the vinyl graphics once they start to go.
Remove, replace or have them painted on, either way can be expensive, unless you get it done in Mexico.
I was wondering what a RED bear was lol!! Cute little fella. You asked me for ideas on places to visit on the coast when you get to Wilsonville, but I couldn't reply to your comment directly. If you want, you can send me an email message and I can reply to that. Happy travels.
ReplyDeleteHmmm.....that red bear doesn't look too dangerous, thankfully!
ReplyDeleteGlad you liked the results from the 3M product. I had another reader tell me the same thing about the decals. I don't think I even tried it on my decals as I've never seen wax do much for them.
