I have been enjoying visiting blogs and decided to start my own, even though I don't know what I am doing or if anyone will even be interested in reading what I have to say. I am a 50 year old management consultant who has been married to the the love of my life for 30 years and have two grown daughters and a son-in-law who we are very proud of. We are blessed to live in Scottsdale Arizona and are enjoying getting out and experiencing it in our RV! Thanks for stopping by our blog and please consider joining us, who knows where we will go...Kevin & Tracy.

Getting Converted!

I am happy to report that our new replacement power converter arrived this morning along with a surge protector that many people suggested that I invest in, saying that my problem would have most likely been adverted if I had it in place. I was amazed that I ordered on Saturday and it arrived on Wednesday...great service!

Our New Protector!
So I can't wait to get the new converter up and running this evening. The instructions look simple enough and supposedly it should only takes 30 minutes.  Please think good thoughts and keep your fingers crossed and hopefully you won't hear any news reports about an explosion in Scottsdale, AZ this evening.:) I will let you know how everything goes, once the project is completed.

Ready for Installation!

Looks Easy Enough...
I am happy to welcome two new individuals to our little adventure this week. Karen whose blog I have been following for many months and enjoy very much and
sam livingston who describes himself as an old man who loves to eat and hike and who lives in Gig Harbor,WA with a sweet dog by the name of Bonnie...his words not mine. In looking at Sam's Google Profile, he looks pretty spry to me!  Welcome to both Karen and Sam, glad to have you along for the ride.
I hope that your week is going well, thanks for stopping by, be safe out there and enjoy!

  2. So did your plans for the evening get changed because of the storm that went through? Heard you guys were getting hit just like we did. But we even got some hail - oh goodie, goodie. You will really appreciate your surge protector - more so at some campgrounds than others.

    1. I actually went ahead and installed the converter once the thunder and lightening subsided because it was cooler in the rig. Then right when I was finishing, the power went out in the neighborhood and my neighbor ran over to complain that I had blown all of the circuits in the neighborhood and he could not watch survivor...oh well:)
